A pure Vegetarian Gem

This is a very good resort. In the vicinity of Sula and Soma vine yards, this is probably the best one. Rooms are huge, large balconies. Nice view. The staff is polite and very cooperative. Ashish from reservations, Shyam in the restaurant and Akshay in reception were remarkable in handling our requests. My only problem is: In booking.com and MakeMyTrip, they should clearly mention that it is a vegetarian resort and they do not allow non-vegetarian food even in the rooms. I booked and wanted to cancel as it was a matter of inconvenience for the family. Although it was a no cancellation booking, the management of Aria even agreed to 100% refund our money. Later, we changed our decision and Thank God we did it. Food, although vegetarian, was very tasty. Loved the breakfast spread.

My only problem is: In booking.com and MakeMyTrip, they should clearly mention that it is a vegetarian resort and they do not allow non-vegetarian food even in the rooms.

Overall fab! Will recommend!

Location, room cleanliness, design, spacious rooms,

Lobby washrooms were very unhygienic and smelly. Back rooms are overlooking a construction. Not worth the money.

Excellent location and good spread of food. V courteous staff.Overall everything was great.

No spa inspite the name having one. And no fitness center was a bummer...pls add one.

Overall good stay

Expected more variety in breakfast items, add non vegetarian food, they did not have filter coffee is not good sign of a good hotel

The location and the view

The property is poorly lit. Also, the breakfast spread is very limited. Being a veg hotel limits the breakfast spread, so the least the hotel can do is be eggeterian or make the veg spread more elaborate.

Nice Stay but Could have been better

We stayed here @ Lake View room for 3 Nights. checkin was done smoothly within 15 min. Quick feedback about our stay Pros Liquor Free and Pure Vegeterian Resort Amazing 180° View of River Godavari and Surrounded by Mountains Spacious Rooms with Comfortable Lenin Good House Keeping Service Good Spread and Tasty Breakfast 3km from Zula Wineyard

Week WiFi Signal and No support was provided by Resort Staff Kids Play area and services needs improvement Putting onus to give the bats, balls etc., to front office everytime doesn't look good as other guest may be needing them. Last 5 km to reach the Resort was horrible as roads are completely damaged Restaurant room service needs lot of improvement. La Cart menu for lunch and dinner is very limited. Though taste was good. Very expensive and only half portion was served.. Despite we compliant about the same during our first day of the stay, it was not corrected throughout the stay

- Stylish construction and location. - Room size was good and very comfortable for 2 people.

- A'la carte food at the restaurant. ( Only Veg) - Maintainance and cleanliness of the property could have been done better. Finer aspects of service delivery were missed out. Eg. Room not checked before giving to the guest. Had no towels, tissue paper, tissue role, dental kit etc.
